Clear Venture Partners focuses on early- and development-stage companies that:
- Address critical problems in large markets;
- Generate rapidly growing sales: For a startup this means at least $1 million of annualized (recurring) revenue within 12 months of initial investment, with an outlook to, at a minimum, double revenue annually;
- Have management teams with deep relevant domain expertise in their respective industries; and
- Require $500,000 to $5,000,000 in equity financing to produce rapid expansion.
The fund has an active focus on the cleantech, healthy living, and software/technology sectors.
